    Bank Garnishment
I had an attorney garnish my joint bank account, taking all of the money out, due to a
    Judgement.
My husband is not on the judgement and the money in the account was his.
I am a commissioned employee and have not received a check in over a month.
His money is used for utilities, food, and small bills.
If he is not on the judgement can they take his money from the account?
If not what can I do?

Yes, as long as it is a joint account, they can attach it. However, you might be able to get it back by filing a motion with the court and proving that all the funds in the account were your husbands.
