I live in New Zealand. My wife and I have been separated for 18 months. We had been married for 12 years. She has just been made redundent. She had been in her job for 7 years and her redundency agreement had been in place for 3 years. Do I have any rights to claim against her redundency pay out. We have not had a full matironial settlement completed.
