When trying to 6uild muscle you won't always loose weight... 6ecause muscle weighs more than fat... High protein is vital for getting any muscle

Exercise reguarly- sit-ups, 6ench press, running
Do not eat just whenever, set a certain time when you are going to eat, at least three meals a day, and may6e have fruit every two hours.
This is not an over night thing as you can tell...
