Too Many Kids, not enough Patience?
I have 4 kids. My nephew who is 10, a 3 year old daughter, 1 year old son and a 2 week old. They all are driving me crazy. My daughter likes to be the boss and tell people what to do. She also tries to play with my son but does it too roughly. She is also very loud. My son likes to scream for everything. If he wants something or someone does something to him he doesn't like he screams. I have a newborn so it is very difficult for me to do much right now because of a cesarean and they seem to know that. I also have a 2 story home so it seems they do it more when I am unable to get to her. Please help. Thanks!

Is there anyone who can come into your home and help you during the day so you can get the rest you need?

    Keep them busy...
Get some storage bins (like 4 of them) remove the lids and fill each with different toys.
Put them in different areas of the room, like one in each corner.
Separating the children and allowing them to play in their designated corner could be helpful.
When one gets bored they can share and get along OR move to a different bin with different toys in it to play by themselves.
This way they can entertain themselves and you can take care of baby.

Have plenty of easy snacks ready on hand so they don't get to hungry, fussy, and grumpy.
