    Trying to conceive
My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year now. I was on the pill forever and I know it takes time to get out of your system. I try not to stress about it but it is so hard because we want a baby so bad. I thought for sure this month I might be pregnant but I started my period right on time, although it was really light and quick. Could I still be pregnant?

It is possible. Have you tried a home pregnancy test?

After a year of trying, you might consider going to the doc for a check up. Really, a year is normal, but it might put your mind at ease if you can go in and talk to a GYN about it.

Thank you both for responding. I did buy a home pregnancy test but I have not taken it yet. I am going to take it this weekend. I have also made me a doctor's appointment for the first of October. I have purchased ovulation kits but no luck yet...

    Good Luck to you!
Remember, take the home test with your first "go" of the morning.
