I have a computer in another country that my wife uses and now I want to now how can I get everything that is happening in that computer?. like conversations of msn etc.

You cannot unless you have installed a backdoor on it, or you have physical access to it. You could send her a spy program and tell her to install it, but unless she knows what it is and consents to it, it is likely that you would be breaking the law.
