Help I live with my girlfriend and her son she has a 2 bedroom flat my kids stay with me every other weekend so she has to go to her mums so we have room the council won't give us a bigger place and we can't afford a house I have said I will get my own place so when my kids can stay ,but still want to live with my girlfriend ,she has gone mad , I tried to explain that if I buy a small flat it would be a investment for our future ,and she doesn't mind staying with her mum
Am I being unreasable if so what shall I do

What could she possibly be upset about? I would think most women would want a bigger place for the children. Is she upset about your children? Does she not want them playing with her child? She seems like she's hiding something.

Maybe she wants to be in her own place and feels more in control with you living with her than she living with you.
Personally I think you guys ought to be in separate places any way, seeing as you both have children.
