I'm 15 years old, I really want o get my right eye-brow pierced, and my mother, I have her consent, but she's worried, that they won't do it because I'm under 18 but I think as long as she's there, I can get it pieced. Can I?

What state do you live in? The law varies by state. Some won't pierce minors period, some only require parental consent.

I live in long island New York
Suffolk county to be exact
But I remmber they were panning on banning body piercing and art out here until you're and up I think
But I'm not sure if they passed the law
