I was on probation for DUI first offense, I was arrested for driving on suspended licence. It is automatic and I am violated. I told my probation officer of the arrest before she knew about it. I turned myself in on the first arrest and I plan to turn myself in on the VOP warrant. I know I may not reveive a bond. I have 24 hours to get a first appearance and at that point the judge can issue a bond amount or ROR. I have paid all my fines on my probation and have done 10 of the 50 hours community service and have regestered the DUI school. What do you think my chances of being released while waiting for the VOP hearing are? Oh I live in Florida, I have lived here for 8 years and am engaged own a home and have a real good job that I have been at for years.
