I have a TM 1400HC-E-F Thermostat. Purchased a Honeywell RTH3100C

Wires on my unit w2=white, O=orange, X=blue, R=red, Y=Yellow, G=green, E=black and W3=Brown

Honeywell unit has E

Looks like you have a three stage heating thermostat and the new one is a two stage,
