Kitchen faucet: water comes out by.
It takes maybe three-four times for water to comes out , and when it does it comes out like it clogged. When I turn the handle up no water comes out. Is something worn inside fixture?

1st thing to look at is the aereator. The little screen that screw on the faucet. Sometimes, they get clogged with particulates. You can unscrew it, and, paying attention to position the parts are in, disassemble and clean. Put back together in the reverse order.

If that's not it, then there is something wrong with the faucet internals - we'll need to know the make and model to help. In general, it is probably a cartridge-type faucet, with something worn or clogged inside. You can purchase a new cartridge and replace it. Not an expensive fix, but we'll need to know more to be helpful.
