Pakistani Husband And Im British . How do I go about the visa?
    Hey all
    Hope someone can help me...
I got married April 2007, my husbands from Pakistan and Im from the u.k
I came back to the u.k and started working..
Ive got 3months worth of wage slips (previose from this I worked for several years but had to leave my job to go abroad to get married)
*Employment letter (to confirm my employment)
    *Work Contract
*Wage slips (3months worth and old wage slips from other jobs)
    *p60 (2005/2006)
    *Bank Statements
    *saving statement
*House papers (living with parants.. got a letter stating we live rent free)
*House inspection letter (to confirm the house is in livable condition for my husband)
    *utility bills
    *copy of passport
    *copy of birth certificate
And other additional paper work like letters.. phone cards... pictures... etc...

But the issue is all my illegal documents like passport and letter saying that I live rent free.. does this need to be verified by a solicter? Im deeply concerned? As I already sent my documents to pakistan.. STRESSED!

There's no direct place where you can advice?

    CAN ANYONE HELP ME?

Is there anything else I need?

    Thank you x

Hi I'm sure you have got everything now.
You don't need a solictor, you see when we sponsored my sister-in-law we didn't go by solicitors. So just pray and hopefully we will get it.

    Hey..
The house does need to be checked.. for example if you living with parents you need to get a letter.. explaining your residence.. if your living rent free these terms apply then your parents have to write a letter explaining that you and your partner will be living rent free. If the house is your own then you need to go to a local estate agent.. and get them to check the house.. the room sizes.. and also.. that the house won't be overcrowded with your partner living with you, all the rooms need to be stated in this letter and how many people live in the house with you.
    Hope this helps..
