My Condo is paid for and both my husband and my name are on the Deed... How do I remove his name on this Deed? BTW, he does agree that this is best for our situation.

You have to file a quit claim deed, deeding the property from the both of you to just you.

I would suggest contacting a real estate attorney or title company to handle this for you.
