    When you first setup the PC, you were asked to create recovery CDs (or DVDs). If you didn't do that, then you have no recovery disks. So what you can try is looking when you boot for something that says press x for Recovery partition, usually F10. From there you can run the Recovery to restore the PC to factory settings.
