My wife and I moved out of our duplex and have our daughter renting one side of it. When the weather got real cold the furnace (only three years old) went out and the pipes froze. The mess was taken care of but still needs some work inside (new rug bought but not in ) and some painting. Willing to discount rent for someone who can finish the work (we are 100 miles from the property round trip) Property in Milwaukee Wisconsin.
