    Military Convictions Expunged?
My husband was convicted at his General Court-Martial of assult by battery, conspiracy with 3 unidentified co-conspiritors and fraternization. He was reduced from E5 to E1, lost all pay and allowances, is serving the first month of his one year and one day sentence and will be receiving a Bad Conduct Discharge from the Army. We haven't yet begunt he appeals process so there is still hope that somewhere along the way things could get changed for the better. But, just in case, is there any way to go about getting his record expunged and if so, how? Please help any info is greatly appreciated!

Bad Conduct discharge can not be explunged and normally the military does not do explunging of their records either.

Sounds like he should have named the other 3 and worked out a better deal

Yeah, there was no conspiracy on his part. If he had known who the 3 were he would have gladly said something instead of what he's dealing with now. Thanks for your help.
