    Dad wants Grandma out
My grandma (moms mom) has been living with us on and off for the last 25 years. As of the last 8 years she has stayed with us. She is originally from egypt and at her age (82) can't barre the flight back. My dad is mad, he wants her out now because he says he owes him money. She pays himm $400 every month. And says is she doesn't get ut he's going to take legal action. What possible legal action can he tak just so my mom, grandma and I can be prepared?? :(

Well first unless your mom ( assuming she is living with your dad) wants her to leave, your dad can't do anything, since he can't evict her if you mom is saying she can stay.

You dad can file for divorce and try to get possession of the house and kick your mom and her mother out.

But he can try an eviction, but as long as your mom is married to him and they own the house together there is nothing he can do without her permission also
