It is also a waste of money to buy multivitamins because they do not dissolve in your system. Try putting a multivitamin in liquid and see how long it takes for it to even start to dissolve.
I take B complex and Gingko and anti-oxidents in the morning.
Then at night I take 600 mg calcium, 250 mg magnesium and vitamin D.
It is best to get vitamins in liquid, soft gel or capsule form whenever possible.
