Is there a way that I can sue a District Attorney Office for using racial comments against a co-worker and I? The racial words they use was black nigger, jigaboo and booger. The only reason why I ask this question is that we work in a very well historical hotel in OKC and they stated why does this prestiges hotel have niggers working here.:mad: :mad: :mad: :confused: :confused:

If you have witnesses to the words being said, I see know reason why action could not be taken. The first thing that I would do is report the remarks to your supervisor. In your last statement in your post, you state only one defamatory word. Were the other words really used?

If you do decide to take any legal action, then it would be good if you got an attorney, though.

You are saying the DA's office made these remarks? What proof do you have of them?

I would go to the local US Attorney's office and report it as a hate crime.
