There is this girl I have been getting to know. An I think I love her. And the last 2 days she keeps hinting to me that she is single! The thing is that I am 18 an she is 17. An I graduated from high school, but now work az a chef at the school, in which she is attending as a senior. Can we date?

Not sure about American High school... you need to check your employment handbook or simply ask other coworkers.
