Hi. On my computer it says the battery level is only 11% but when I put in the AC adapter to charge it, it doesn't charge the battery. It just says its on AC power without actually charging the battery. Does anyone know the problem because I can't use my laptop on the train anymore.

You may need to replace the battery. Some batteries will lose their ability to hold a charge.

A better response might be that the non-replaceable thermal fuse in the battery pack blew.
