SO I did the lease home funurture thing... and I signed an application... and my sister signed a slip saying it was dropped off... but no lease agrement was signed... so is there anything that holds me to pay for the product. I am going to pay fod it out of good will I just want to know if with out the agremenet do I really have to pay it.. And what would happen if I didn't ?

It depends on the nature of the agreement. If you signed an application and they sent a lease agreement to be signed but you declined to sign, then the lease was never executed.

If however, their mailing the lease was just to give you a copy of what you agreed to then you are obligated.
