I have a loss of water pressure in the kitchen, I have already checked the valves as well as cleaning the aerator- Also both hot and cold faucets whine when turned to use... Yes they are both the same pressure... low

Have you turned the cold off, and checked the hot pressue, then the hot and checked the cold pressue to see which one is causing the problem.
