I seen this movie in the 80's or 90's. All I remember was these kids were high school and this boy and girl was smoking dope in there car and they were high. And they went over a cliff they thought they were flying But most of the movie was about drugs and they were trying to get the drugs out of the school Please help with the name. Thank you
