NAPA's diagnosis is likely correct. Many auto parts stores, such as AutoZone, can test igniters and coils for free. Replacing these items should be pretty straight-forward and take little time. Igniters are particularly problematic. No special tools are required.

This is a good time, if they haven't been replaced in 50,000 miles, to change the spark plugs and change the fuel filter. Only use the exact ACDelco platinum plugs that came in the car.
