I took a pregnancy test this morning and found it was positive. I am extremely happy... but unfortunately I drank and recently used cocaine once after what I assume would have been conception. This is not something I normally do. Will this affect the child?

Chances are, you (and bump) are safe... but quit it now while you're ahead... long term use is what is proven dangerous.

I estimate that I drank until I was mildly intoxicated twice before I found out I was pregnant. My child came out fine.

If you stop this now, then everything should be okay.
