    Banking out of your country.
I am a student presently following up my post graduate studies.I wish to know is I can open up an account out of my country Cameroun and have access to that account from here.I intend to travel to the us after my degree program to further studies there so I want to start saving money there because I know I will be required to show a bank account there when I am looking for my visa.so I want to start saving there now!! Is it possible?

Its not clear where you want to open the account. There are online only banks you can use (like Ing). Also each bank may have its own regulations about residency.

Thank you but what I mean is that I want to continue my studies in the USA when I graduate and so I want to creat an account there so that I can start saving for that and also an account that I can get access to from my country.
    Thank you...

Most banks have online banking. I would check with one of the larger ones. Just go int one of their branches.
