    Toilet Drainage
We have two toilets at opposite ends of the house. When we flush the toilets, the water would rise up so that it's almost overfilling but not, then slowly recede so that there's barely a cup of water left. We also noticed that when we turn on the water in the bathtub, or the sink, or any other water faucet, it causes a gurgling sound in the toilet. On top of that, the water in the bathtub will not drain. What seems to be the problem?

You did!nt say if you are on a septic tank or on the city sewer.? If you are on a septic tank the tank may be full and needs to be pumpped out . Or your sewer line has a blockage, Call a local plumber,he can rod it out,. the same goes for city sewer also you have a blockage in the house sewer line.

You have a blockage and I suspect it may be in the vent stack. If you can safely get on you roof rod the stack 10-15 feet more than the height of the house. If the blockage is not the stack rodding from the stack should still reach the problem area.
