My 2 children and I have been residing in a condo owned by my father. Until now things have been fine. My father was helping me get on my feet after my 10 year marriage had ended. I recently started dating a man who they do not like. My father has used his key and come in to search my house while I was not here. He has barged in and kicked my boyfriend out, yelling in front of my kids. He is now kicking me out. He gave me a notice of tenant termination. I have never signed a lease or anything. Can he just make me leave by the end of the month& what happens if I don't?

You are a month to month tenant. Legally, he can give you 30 days to exit. If you don't, he has to take you to court for a legal eviction. If he wins, the sheriff will put you out.
