I'm sorry to say that it's a novelty item, not currency. I'm not finding it on the web, though. Can you post a picture of it?

It may be worth seriously about 4 or 5 dollars as a novelty.
But I thought rare means expensive, REALLY?
I see the larger image now. Certainly a novelty item. If it's in real good condition, you could have it copied and printed off and probably get a couple bucks apiece for them on eBay.
You'll be surprised to see that novelty million dollar bills sell there a lot.
