I have a few questions to ask on top of my other one. I have been told that you are not supposed to sleep (lay) on your stomach when you are pregnant, is that true? If so do you know why? Another question is are you not supposed to have ANY caffiene at all while pregnant? Any ideas, suggestions or anything to a first time expectant mom would be greatly appreciated.
