I have no pressure from my hot water in my shower. It has one knob, when I pull out the knob and turn it all the way left it's plenty hot but when I start to turn it to mix it becomes cold right away then the pressure gets better

Is it a moen? The pressure balance spool may need to be replaced. They are costly.
