    Waking too early
    Hey help desk

Latley I have been waking up really early at 5:00am every morning, without fail. After I can't get back to sleep, (I just do this on my own I don't even wake to an alarm clock).

During the day I don't feel that tried but I would like more sleep. However its hard to get to sleep earlier to catch up on the extra hours.

How much sleep does a teenager need? Is there a reason behind this problem? Can you recommend anything to solve this problem?

    Thanks pink girl :)

A teenager should probably try and get 8 - 10 hours of sleep. Are you drinking too much caffeine at night?

    Pinkgirl,
I think it is a good thing if you are able to get up early without the alarm, it is the best time of the day (at least for me).

Why not try some physical activities during the day, so that you maybe more tired and get more sleep than you are getting now.
