Run a free online virus scan to be sure you computer is virus and spyware free.
Security News from the net: Online virus scan

Download and run McAfee Avert Stinger
Stinger is a stand-alone utility used to detect and remove specific viruses

Ive got Avast4-Home Edition Anti-Virus at the moment, would'nt they interfer with my anti-virus if I ran them? Thanks

Nope as the online scanner runs through your bowser and will not install a program on your computer . And stinger is a stand alone program which only runs when it is double clicked.

But if there is a combination of spyware and viruses then it is advisable to follow all the steps on the link below
