    Eat Junk and still loose?
Hello. Is it true that as long as you stay under a certain amount of calories a day but eat junk food you can still loose weight? For an example, say I need 2000 calories a day to maintain my weight. Every other day I'll go to mc donalds and get junk food but I'll make sure I stay under 2000 calories everyday. Will that still result in weight loss? Would I loose any more quick if I just eat healthy food instead of mixing it up with junk food? Does it honestly matter what you eat as long as you stay under 2000 calories?

2000 calories at McDonalds, would that be 1/2 of a Big Mac and 10 fries?

yes calorically you are correct. But you did not take into account fat content. So you are wrong. Low fat and 2000 calories= weight loss
