So that her new husband can adopt the kids. We will in California and they live in another state. We pay child support and provide medical dental and vision for the kids. We have never been allowed to see his youngest and he has seen his oldest since he was one. She will not let us come and pick them up even though he has joint legal custody of the kids. Does anyone have any idea how this would be done and if she can do this without his agreement. We are at the point to where we may be willing to do this as, she doesn't even have the kids using his last name. Any thoughts would be grateful.
