    Florida Tenant Eviction Time Frame
    How much time does a tenant have if Florida before they can be legally evited by the lanlord?

    At the top of this forum is a sticky with links to Florida law.

    From what I know it could be 1 to 3 months. First, a notice to vacate has to be served. If the tenant does not vacate by then, the eviction proceedings are started. Depending on the court calendar that can take a while.
