I spoke to my lawyer about filing for divorce.He asked if either my husband or I committed adultery.I said no.He told me that we needed to live separate for 3yrs and surely one of us will committ adultery.The reason for my divorce is I am married but is always alone the love has died because of the neglect.He is always with friends and always come home drunk throughing up in the bathtub and I am he one who has to clean his mess.He took my Atm card I do not have a cent.I have diabetes and the stress is starting to affect my health my sugar levels are going to the roof.I need the peace.What can I do?

I don't know what committing adultery, at this point, has to do with it. Of course, you will get a legal separation and that lasts three years. What you do in that time is your own business as long as it is a legal separation.

Sounds like you need to get away from him. Get out. Change your bank account so the debit card is defunct and he can't get your money. Get a job. Get your diabetes back in shape. If you are on medication (and I know diabetic meds are not all that expensive) take it faithfully. I am a diabetic so know what I am talking about.
