    What is a Subordination
I am trying to purchase a home and a judgment came up on my record which is a credit card under my parents name and my brother and I being card users. Well someone used our credit card under fraudulent use and my parents reported to the police and have been trying to get this issue resolved. Now my escrow office is telling me that I need to get subordination, what is that?

Is when the creditor agrees to take a subordinate position on a debt. You need to get the creditor to agree to that.

Not sure I understand, do I need to talk to the attorney this had been turned over by Discover Card? And by doing that does it void that fact that it is a fraudulent charge?

I would ask the title or escrow company exactly what you need to do. One possibility is an affadavit that these charges are the result of identity theft.
