    Ok, now I have stopped laughing, this is a joke right, you don't seriously believe you can sue someone for taking you to court, getting a judgement against you and taking your money. They have legal rights to do this,

    You made the mistake 4 years ago by signing a uaranttee for a rental agreement, and they have no obligation to tell you to pay up, The renter was suppose to be telling you.

    But no, there is no legal action you can take, but your question did give me the biggest laugh of anyone wanting to sue someone that I have ever had on a question and answer site going back almost 10 years.
