HELP...My Washing machine KENMORE 90 Series will not fill with Cold waster, YES THE WATER IS ON AT THE WALL. It will run for hot and shortly for WARM, but the water gets too hot so it shuts off. :confused:

Disconnect the cold waster hose at washer and check the screen filter for debree. If not the water fill valve is probably bad

Screen is clear, and when I switch the hot and cold the cold will run through the warm setting.

Your water valve is bad. Replace it. Easy to do and less than $35. Good Luck
