    Paying on judgment
If received notice about court date for judgment and donot go, I know one will loose, what happens next? I read where one can fill out a form na9 about payments. Also, can ones wages be garnished in Texas. Will pay but have to over payments.

Texas does not allow a garnishment of salary.

However, with a judgement they can attach your bank accounts and possibly other property.

You can offer a payment sschedule, but they have little incentive to accept it.
