Hi Everyone,
My husband and I are Trying to conceive. I was due for my period yesterday 9/9/07 yet I did not get it. I have tried taking preg-test up until then and they have been negative YET, I do feel like I am so... this morning again I did not get my period and I took a preg-test and two lines did show but one of the lines are must lighter than the other... I called my doctor to see if I could come in to take a blood test and they called me back and said they did not want to see me till next week. So, I guess I am just asking does the two lines mean I am pregnant even though both are not the same darkness? Thank you very very much for your advice I appreciate it!

Yes, as long as the line showed in the time frame given on the test, it is a positive. Different dye levels in the test determine its darkness... good luck!

A line is a line no matter how light or dark it is. When I took my pregnancy tests (all 8 of them) the line was always faint... but I am now 15 weeks pregnant. Congrats!! Best of luck!

One of my friends had the same thing happen to her. She went and bought a digital test (one the reads the words pregnant or not pregnant) and took it. It said pregnant. So if you want to spend the extra money to have peace of mind, try a digital test. But a line is a line, so congrats!
