Ok, were going to need to know something about your computer first. Double Click on "My Computer" Then Right Click on Local Disk: C. Click "Properties"
In the window that is brought up you should see a Pink and Blue Disc. Just above this you can see information and it says "Free Space" to the right of that should be a large number stating how many bytes you have and to the right of that is another number. It should say you have so many GB. How many GB's do you have free?
Also, your explanation is a little confusing for me. Is the game already Installed? As in it's ready to play but it just won't.
Where are you downloading this from? And yes we need info about your system.
It says I have 19.9gb used space and 9.77gb free space and yes the game is install but just would run. I am running it in the drive that says cd-writer. I have played the game when I first got it but it just won't run no more.
You downloaded the game? I'm quite certain that game can only be purchased on CDROM.
Ok, so you aren't downloading, you are trying to install from a CD. Don't try to run it from the CD drive. After installing it should either be an icon on your desktop or listed under Start>Programs. Try running it from there.

Scott's right. The first load should have given you an Icon, or if it's on CD, why not just put it into the drawer and let auto play restart it?
I'm guessing it may be because it's a pirated version that lacks certain files.
NK, you may be correct there...
Or perhaps try another drawer? Your CD-writer may be able to write but not be able to play
Ok, when you put the disc in it probably pulls up a menu where you can select "play" correct? So when you select play does it start up and then the screen goes black before going back to the desktop? Or does the menu that pops up want you to install the game again?
