    Sir,
I wanted to know whether the pressurised air in the automobile wheel will increase or decrease in a course of time if yes, why?

What do you think and why? I'm curious what you think so that we can discuss this further.

Ah, good! Capuchin is here! I started to answer the question, but backed off because I would have answered it in the layman's terms of "Well, if the car just sits there for awhile, then the tires are going to go flat." And, "If you drive on the highway during the Summer, then the pressure inside the tires is going to increase because the air is going to expand."

Hehe, I could go quite detailed into the answer, but I need to gauge the OPs level of knowledge first.

And I always like it when someone reaches the answer on their own with minimal prodding from me :)

I am sure that you could.

Since he doesn't seem to understand whether the pressure will increase or decrease, I'm certain you could answer it well enough here :). I want to see what he thinks though.
