    Getting My Child Back
I'm a 25 year old female who gave birth to a girl on 6/6/03. My older sister adopted her when she was 10 months old. I've been fighting with her to get her back and it hasn't been working. Now I'm trying to seek legal action to get her back. Is it possible??

What if my sister has her own four kids and she lives with other people and the kids don't have there own room. Her kids go from their grand parents home in California to their other grandparents in Las Vegas because my sister cannot pay for daycare. She works only part time and their very dirty people. The husband works full time and they always have the oldest daughter everything in the house that a mom would do and she's only 7 because they're lazy. When I have relatives visit they always tell me that my daughter gets treated differently. I mention nothing to them. It's their own perspective of how my daughter lives and is being raised by my sister and her husband.

Basically would the court consider giving her back to me if there was issues to be looked at??

If your older sister legally "adopted" her then you really have no hope of getting her back. The child has known your sister as her mother since she was 10 months old. No judge is going to put your child through the emotional ringer like that, forcing her to give up the woman she has known as her mother all these years and compelling her to accept you as her new mother. I'm sorry, but I just don't see that happening.
