I have a troy built tractor, I recently purchased it non running "used" after removing and replacing the inline fuel filter I was able to get it to fire . Although it was running rough I believe that it was firing on one side only as It would not accelerate and would die out after about 30 seconds. So I proceided to remove the spark plugs only one plug appeared to have gas on it (the left side or drivers side ) . My Question is where do I go from here? Again this is a Briggs and Stratton 18.5 ohv dual cylinder engine. Any Help you can provide me in trouble shooting this matter would be very much appreciated!

Check The Intake Valve On The "dry" Side, Both Plugs Should Have Fuel On Them If It Doesn't Start.
