This is an animated kids movie about a girl named Maria who lives with her Dad. He marries this woman that has a daughted the same age as Maria. Maria is like their own Cinderella of sorts cleaning cooking etc.
Maria falls down a well and ends up in a magical land where bread bakes in an oven and flies around?? The kids in the land shake feather pillows and that is what snow is in the real world.

The prince of the real land has a party and in order for the girls to go they have to have this special stone necklace. The guy at the door checks the stone and the girl and says the stone is not bright/right the girl is not right.
