I gave birth about 5 months ago... Ive never been delayed with my monthly period, I tried the pregnancy test because I was delayed for 4 days and it came out positive... but Im still not ready yet to get pregnant again what should I do... please help me

Well, hun, were you using protection? If not, then you just walked right into the situation. The time frame following pregnancy/birth is the highest risk time for someone to get pregnant. It is SO easy to get pregnant after you have just had a baby. If you did use protection, but still got pregnant, then there wasn't anything you could have done to prevent it. Either way, the outcome is the same. You are pregnant.(though a second test might be in order, just to confirm. But false positives are pretty rare) Go to your doctor immediately. You will need extra guidance(perhaps extra nutritional supplements, etc) being pregnant again so soon after being pregnant with your last child.
