You need to go to the local probation office, give them a permanent address where you will be staying in the city you are transferring to and they will complete the papers for your transfer. You in turn,have either 48 or 72 hrs. to make contact with the new probation office. I know this for a fact as my son got a transfer the day he got our of jail from a felony conviction.Quote:
